Most Important Terms & Conditions:

Accounts can be opened by Resident Individuals (operated singly or jointly), HUFs and Minors (operated by Guardian).
Personal Accident Insurance cover is issued under PMSBY Scheme applicable to persons aged between 18 years (completed) and 70 years (age nearer birthday). Free Personal Accident insurance offer is available to the first holder only. Premium of ₹20 p.a. is applicable after the expiry of the offer period. The insurance cover is applicable to only one Premium SB account held by the deceased in the Bank. Persons already enrolled for PMSBY Scheme in any Bank are not eligible for free Personal Accident Insurance under Premium SB A/c.
Safe Deposit Lockers are subject to availability. This offer is applicable to any one of Type-A & Type-B lockers. Only one locker per account can be allotted. Locker Rent waiver is applicable to the first-holder only in case of Joint Accounts.
Zero charges for requesting old records/details of transactions – is applicable only to requests for records up to 7 years old.
Preferential pricing on Business Loan is given at the sole discretion of the Bank.
Persons holding Basic SB Accounts in the Bank are not eligible to open Premium SB Accounts.
Rate of Interest is as applicable to regular Savings Accounts.
Free unlimited cheque leaves to Senior Citizens in all 3 types of Premium SB Accounts.

Penalty for non-maintenance of QAB

BHARAT SILVER Savings A/c	:	10% of the shortfall amount with Min ₹10 & Max ₹100
BHARAT GOLD & PLATINUM Savings A/c	:	10% of the shortfall amount with Min ₹10 & Max ₹200
